| Responsibilities: | 1. Supervises a team of machinists, ensure that all activities are carried out in with the requirements, scheduled time and requires quality 2. Maintain and control work according to machine manual or procedure 3. Reviews performance of subordinates to ensure that the performance level is meeting the requirements 4. Coordinates with the necessary supporting groups to ensure that the objectives are met accordingly 5. Responsible for monitoring the delivery for sub contracted work 6. Issues internal action request to the team leader & follow up with the action taken if the number of non-conformance exceed the targets 7. Conducts on the On-Job-Training to the related parties 8. Responsible for daily manpower scheduling 9. Provides Technical assistance to daily process problem 10. Monitor & report manpower, machine and process performance to the management 11. Provides technical guidance related to the related person 12. Ensure that manufacturing process is performed according to established manufacturing plan & procedures 13. Generates safety and housekeeping programs and ensuring that subordinates observe company¡¯s safety rules and housekeeping roaster 14. Identifies process bottleneck and recommend corrective action 15. Responsible for tooling, jig and tester fabrication |
