Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls. Performing system upgrades and ensuring compatibility of software applications across different devices. Responding to user requests and resolving technical problems in a timely and efficient manner. Conducting regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, and backups. Assisting in the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and software licenses. Documenting and maintaining accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and support activities. Assisting in the planning and execution of technology projects and initiatives. Providing training and guidance to end-users on the use of hardware, software, and IT systems.
