| Responsibilities: | Responsibilities and Duties: Safely transport the Director to and from various locations, including office, meetings, appointments, and events. Plan and schedule driving routes to ensure punctuality and efficiency. Maintain the cleanliness and good working condition of the assigned vehicle. Perform regular vehicle maintenance tasks, such as refueling, oil changes, and tire checks. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Ensure the safety and security of the Director and vehicle at all times. Assist the Director with loading and unloading personal belongings as needed. Provide a high level of customer service, addressing the Director's needs and preferences during transportation. Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the Director's activities and conversations. Communicate effectively with the Director and company staff to coordinate schedules and changes in plans. Stay updated with current traffic and road conditions to avoid delays. Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel. Maintain accurate records of mileage, expenses, and any incidents that occur during transportation. Qualifications and Skills: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a personal or executive driver, with a strong track record of safe driving. Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and road regulations. Familiarity with the area and efficient route planning abilities. Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the Director and company personnel. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times. Reliable, punctual, and well-organized. Physical ability to assist with loading/unloading personal belongings if required. Neat and presentable appearance. Preferred Qualifications (optional): Experience working as a personal driver for high-level executives or company directors. Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
