| Responsibilities: | Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Greet and engage customers, providing friendly and attentive service. Learn about the store's product offerings and assist customers with inquiries and purchases. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and restocking shelves. Contribute to merchandising efforts, including arranging displays and ensuring product availability. Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments accurately. Learn and follow store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to assist in store opening and closing procedures. Help track and analyze sales data, customer preferences, and trends. Learn about customer relationship management and techniques to enhance customer satisfaction. Assist with basic administrative tasks and contribute to maintaining accurate records. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field). Strong interest in retail operations, customer service, and store management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic understanding of retail concepts and customer-centric mindset (experience is a plus but not required). Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems is a bonus. Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
