IT Technician Internship (Software & Hardware)

Requirements:

• Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide end-user support for software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity.
• Perform system updates, software patches, and security upgrades.
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and IT security measures.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Assist in IT asset management, including hardware inventory and software licensing.
• Support IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, servers, and cloud-based applications.
• Ensure data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity measures are in place.
• Document technical procedures, solutions, and IT policies.
• Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting, network configuration, and system maintenance.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
