Responsibilities:

  • Prefer
  • Assist in Procurement Activities:
  • Support in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery reliability.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders under the guidance of the Purchasing Manager.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and generating purchase requisitions when needed.

Requirements:

  • Vendor Coordination:
  • Communicate with suppliers to follow up on orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in building and maintaining positive supplier relationships.
  • Support Cost-Saving Initiatives:
  • Research potential vendors and recommend cost-effective alternatives.
  • Assist in analyzing procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Help in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for procurement meetings.
  • Handle routine correspondence related to purchasing activities.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
