Responsibilities:
- As a Sales Manager you will collect, analyse and report on costing data. This includes preparing standard cost reports, monitoring sub-contractor pricing, cost comparisons, product costing analysis, tracking variances and making journal entries. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate budgeting and processes.
Requirements:
- o Graduation / Diploma in business management or relevant field
- o At least 2 years of working experience or Fresh Graduate
- o Preferably candidates with experience in procurement, costing, or project management, and exposure in managing of high-rise development project.
- o Able to work independently and efficiently.
- o Strong communicator, both verbal and written
- o Ability to work on tight deadlines
- o Willing to travel to site.
- o Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
