Project Executive

• As a project you will collect, analyse and report on costing data. This includes preparing standard cost reports, monitoring customer pricing, cost comparisons, product costing analysis, tracking variances and making journal entries. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate budgeting and processes.
• Scope :
• � To assist Project Manager in quotation, sourcing, executing, and ensuring project completion within time, scope and budget.
• Responsible for assisting Project Manager in daily activities including review, reports, regular updates, attends meetings and site inspections, etc.
• Coordinate and liaise with customers, vendors, and authorities for project submission and approval.
• Monitor the work progress as per project milestones and conformance to relevant specifications and standards.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management.
• Employee Relations :
• Responsible to manage general daily administrative functions including meeting coordination, documents circulation for approval, and any other admin related.
• Assist the team in preparing progress reports and action plans including taking and issuing minutes of meetings.
• Maintain accurate project documentation records and filing system including correspondence and drawings.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
